My Beets!

I am so proud of my beets! Our soil is naturally very heavy clay and I've had to work hard to have dirt I could get beets to bulb up in. Here are my Mother's Day beets to be eaten sauteed in butter.

Left to right: Chioggia, Early Wonder and an unknown surprise because I only planted the other two varieties.
